We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for our Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Learning: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective MFL lessons, supporting students in their language acquisition and development.
Small Group and One-to-One Support: Provide targeted support to students in small groups or on an individual basis, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Resource Preparation: Aid in the preparation of teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Classroom Management: Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
Assessment and Feedback: Support the MFL teachers in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Extracurricular Activities: Contribute to the organisation and delivery of MFL-related extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or cultural events.What We Offer:
