The Satellite Manager will be responsible formanagingthe satellite site and personnel based there with support from the Branch Operations Manager and the Rental Team based at the hub site.Here's a flavour of what you would be doing:Ensuringa high level of Customer Service is achieved within the location.Managingallstaff employed at the satellite locationActing as a receptionist for visiting Company personnel, drivers and customers and attending to visitors promptlyDrafting reports, letters and emails and compiling other information as requiredCompiling information from customers to update the system databasePerforming regular audits on filing systems to ensure that rental documentation is complete, customers insurance documentation is valid and up to date, and ensure fuel receipts are logged up to dateThe successful candidate will have:Vehicle rental experienceManagement skillsGood administration and typing skillsAn excellent telephone mannerA pragmatic and adaptable attitudeThe ability to work on your own initiative and make well informed, considered decisionsA driving licence would be advantageousDawson
