Mobile Caretaker

We have an urgent need for a Mobile Caretaker to over patch covering Medway Area: Chatham, Rochester and Gillingham on a temporary basis paying hourly equivalent of £26k per annum.
Purpose
To provide an effective, responsive, customer focused caretaking service for residents and other relevant stakeholders locally.
Main Accountabilities:
Contribute to the team's achievement of its objectives, whilst operating in line with company values
and delivering the highest level of quality and customer service to residents locally. Acting as the 'face and voice' of the Trust with residents, ensuring cleaning, grounds maintenance and minor
repairs are carried out in accordance with company standards, having regard for resident satisfaction at all times.
Ensure own performance contributes towards team objectives and key performance indicators.
Liaise with contractors as necessary.
Work collaboratively with others in the team. Raise repair orders with the Maintenance function as required.
Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, partners and residents, championing the Trust's values at all times.
No direct budget responsibility.
Uses a procurement card for consumables ensuring good value.
Ensure own compliance in respect of governance and adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory provisions. Monitor estates with regards to compliance and report as necessary.
