Job Description:
The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our change initiatives meet their objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that support business goals.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver targeted change management activities, including communications, training, and support.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders to help them support their teams through change.
- Measure and report on change management effectiveness and employee adoption rates.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
