Successful applicants will be experienced in the rollout of Data Quality tools such as Ataccama ONE and DQPro to support the organisation's data strategy. As a Data Integration Lead, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and contribute to the development of advanced solutions that will ensure data is utilised to its full potential. Your role will be to deliver the right balance of centralised and federalised Data Governance framework, seeking across the business, while setting key KPIs and metrics to establish successful data maturity.
Responsibilities:nMandate data management and governance policies and procedures that meet business needs and regulatory requirementsnFacilitate data ownership and stewardship, ensuring compliance and effective risk managementnUtilise extensive knowledge of insurance processes to address specific data governance needs and challenges within each data domainnSupport programs aimed at integrating data systems and understanding and mitigating implementation challenges associated with data integrationnDevelop and maintain metadata repositories to ensure the accuracy of metadata for efficient data usage across our organization
Requirements:nExpertise in data integration, data modelling, metadata management, and data governance toolsnTechnical expertise using SQL, DQPro, and Ataccama ONEnProficiency in data quality and analysis tools, with a strong grasp of data observability being advantageousnProblem-solving prowess with a focus on data integrity checksnExperience in leading cross-functional teams and managing data-focused projects
