Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Exeter office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is £23,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management

Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords

Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords

Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements

Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers
