This is the service Antidote provides to residents of London’s most exclusive development, and we are looking for a superstar Lead Therapist to join the team.
 
  Key Points of the Role
Management of Beauty Services across Antidote portfolio including:
Performing luxury beauty treatments in a way suited to our client’s individual needs. Ensuring a personalized bespoke service is maintained for every individual residentCoordinates beauty treatment bookings, ensuring the quality, standards and expectations of the residents are met dailyExecution of monthly beauty events and promotions Maintaining relations with residents, colleagues, visitors, clients, and partners to ensure a seamless service experience is providedStock management of professional and retail beauty productsTo check, read and action e-mails and other requests regularly and on a timely basisActively promoting your services to all the residentsHelp to drive quality assurance across Antidote beauty offering, including support, and mentoring of TherapistsExpert on latest beauty and wellness trends, bringing them to Antidote’s service offering
 
 
Overall, our Lead Therapist will be expected to:To provide a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome on arrival for all residents and visitorsActively listen and respond positively to resident’s questions, concerns, and requests and use specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trustInteracts with residents to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfactionEnsure that a great working relationship is maintained with our client and other departments within the building

Experience & Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel or similar hospitality industryExperienced in a high standard beauty therapy role to NVQ Level 3Dermalogica expert preferableNail expertise preferable
