Derbyshire Constabulary are proud to announce the new role of Demand Analyst within Force. This is on a full-time, permanent basis, working agile between Derbyshire Constabulary HQ and home. As Demand Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between Intelligence assessment, performance management and strategy by ensuring the organisation is meeting demand.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the Force’s understanding of demand through data-led methodologies.
* Regular internal and external scanning to identify organisational risks and opportunities.
* Presenting findings and recommendations at relevant governance forums.
The must haves
* Hold or be in the process of obtaining a suitable formal qualification (e.g. mathematical or research-led degree).
* Ability to think strategically and problem solve, with experience of developing and testing inferences.
* Ability to identify, extract, transform and analyse complex datasets.

Salary range: £33,915
Vetting level: MV, SC (there is 5 year continuous residency requirement within the UK at the time of application).
For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
