UX Client Partner Location: Hybrid / Remote - Manchester Salary: £65K - £85K DOE We’re partnering with a growing UX and Design agency that helps organisations create beautiful and functional designs combining creative thinking, product strategy, and technical excellence. They’re looking for a UX-minded Client Partner to lead relationships across some of their most exciting digital transformation projects. You’ll bridge business goals, user needs, and delivery, ensuring every engagement delivers clarity, creativity, and measurable value for their clients. What you’ll do Lead senior client relationships as a trusted partner and advisor. Shape experience-led digital roadmaps that connect user insight to commercial outcomes. Partner with design and engineering leads to bring ideas to life, from discovery to launch. Simplify complexity, keeping projects clear, human, and high-impact. Oversee scoping, budgets, and delivery quality across multiple engagements. What you’ll bring 7+ years in digital consultancy, agency, or UX strategy roles. Proven experience guiding UX and product design teams. Strong communication skills, able to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
