What You’ll Be Doing...


Architecting Solutions That Make an Impact

  • Design and deploy secure, high-performance solutions on Azure to power the company's global learning platform.
  • Implement scalable architecture patterns to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Use infrastructure as code (IaC) tools to build efficient, adaptable systems.

Securing & Optimizing Infrastructure

  • Configure and secure Azure network infrastructure to ensure privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Implement Azure-native tools like Security Center, Active Directory, and Key Vault to protect user data.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and build resilience into every solution.

Driving Performance & Scalability

  • Proactively monitor infrastructure using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Continuously troubleshoot and enhance performance to meet the needs of a global user base.

Collaborating to Achieve Success

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and support, to align technical solutions with user needs.
  • Share best practices and mentor colleagues in Azure architecture and security.
  • Clearly document and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


What They’re Looking For...

Experience & Skills

  • Cloud Engineering and Design experience including 3+ years specializing in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven success in designing and deploying scalable, secure solutions for SaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in Azure services (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, App Services, Key Vault) and networking.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Azure Bicep.
