Are you a motivated and reliable General Operative looking for a new opportunity? Join our client's dynamic team in Pocklington and play a key role in their operations. This is an excellent chance to secure a position with the potential for permanent employment in a supportive and thriving company. Candidates with a Forklift Truck (FLT) Counterbalance license are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Material Handling: Efficiently move and handle materials and products within the facility.
* Support Operations: Assist with various tasks, including loading and unloading, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
* Equipment Operation: Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) safely and effectively.
* Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment daily.
* Assist Production: Support production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Quality Assurance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* FLT Counterbalance License: Highly desirable for the role.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
