Inclusive Consulting are delighted to be partnered with a renowned private child care provider who have an exciting opportunity for an exceptionalRegistered Manager to oversee one of their brand-new 2 bed care homes in Nottingham.

This isan excellent opportunity for a compassionate leader to shape and establish a high-quality care environment from the ground up.

Both homes are located in Nottingham and will be two-bed facilities specialising in either Emotional and Behavioral Distress (EBD) or Learning Disabilities (LD).

The Key Responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, maintaining statutory framework standards.

  • Lead and participate in inspections, implementing improvements from feedback.

  • Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive staff environment.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff for high-quality care delivery.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings and supervision sessions for professional development.

  • Ensure the highest standard of care, support, and protection for children.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans promoting well-being.

  • Implement robust systems for monitoring and evaluating care quality.

  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify and act on improvement areas.

  • Maintain effective communication with external agencies, families, and professionals.

  • Foster positive relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.

  • Efficiently manage the homes budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  • Monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.


Key experience and qualifications required:

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.

Significant experience in a management role within a residential childcare setting.

Proven track record of successful Ofsted inspections and compliance.

Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing children's homes.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals.
