Premier Sports have partnered with a digital media brand featuring some of the most well know names across rugby and the wider sporting world, that are looking for Head of Content to join their team and take the lead on the social strategy across all platforms.

The Company :nFounded in 2020 by some of the most well respected ex-athletes in the rugby worldnThe biggest rugby show that combines the sporting world with wider pop-culture, engaging and maximising a wider audiencenRapidly expanding social channels, from a podcast, to live shows, content and commercial partnershipsnLondon based office, with flexible hybrid model

The RolenTake the lead on the social strategy, and its sister company and brandsnManaging a 3 function team, analysing long-term strategy and monthly / quarterly reports, ensuring ROI in campaignsnSocial delivery of the weekly show, podcast, and bespoke social content campaignsnManaging the social schedule of both companies and social content across new emerging global brandsnTrail blazer for new ideas and content streams – we see this as 50% strategic & planning / 50% deliverynEnsuring excellence in execution, posting engaging content, well-written copy, designing thumbnails and graphic - working closely with design, production and campaign teams to ensure smooth deliverynAnalysing content output and providing performance feedbacknLiaise with talent to share content across multiple channels, attending shoots and capturing additional social contentnPaying close attention to market trends and new features across all major social platforms

Requirements:nExceptional creativity, coming up with new ideas across the teamnDeep knowledge of social media platforms, understanding algorithms & data to maximise online engagementnA passion for social content and to engage with new trends (market trends, technology trends like AI etc)nRugby & sports fan is a MUSTnSenior social experience and ability to manage junior designers is a MUSTnProficiency in Premiere Pro and PhotoshopnAnalytical view of contentnGood under pressure, managing your own and others deadlines
