Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable and productive classroom environment during teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to make a positive impact in the educational sector, develop classroom management skills, and gain valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and Manage: Oversee the classroom, ensuring students stay on task with the work set by their absent teacher.
Engage and Motivate: Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and engagement.
Support Learning: Assist students with their learning, providing guidance and support where needed.
Maintain Discipline: Uphold school policies and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Adaptability: Step into different classrooms and subjects as required, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.

Confidence: Ability to manage a classroom and engage with students confidently.
Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments and subjects.

Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential. We value attitude and potential.
