Our client is currently seeking a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer on a contract basis. This role involves hybrid working arrangements, providing you with the flexibility to balance office and remote work. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and enforcing regulatory compliance within specified areas, offering expert advice on infringements and resolutions, and supporting both internal and external customers with technical and specialised operational services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce compliance with prescribed regulations and guidelines
Provide detailed recommendations regarding infringements and advice on resolutions
Support event-based activities by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Offer specialised operational services to internal and external customers
Provide legal and regulatory monitoring and enforcement support within your area of expertise
Job Requirements:
Experience in town planning and enforcement
Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements related to planning enforcement
