We’ve teamed up with Gymproluxe, an innovative fitness brand redefining the home workout experience We’re looking for a skilled Media Buyer to take the reins on our paid social media strategy, driving impactful campaigns and making a difference in the fitness world. As they continue to scale at pace, this is an excellent opportunity to join a hypergrowth team, driving growth and creativity in their social media advertising effort to help continue establishing the brand as a household name within the fitness space.


Company Overview


Born in the depths of lockdown 2020, Gymproluxe was the brainchild of Ben Gulliver, who, facing gym closures and limited space at home, knew there had to be a better way to stay fit. Determined to keep up his training without cluttering his parents' house with bulky equipment, he set out to invent a versatile, space-saving workout solution. After months of relentless prototyping, the Gymproluxe band and bar system was born, redefining the home fitness experience.


Fast forward, and Gymproluxe has rapidly gained traction and acclaim, recently celebrated as one of the top fitness innovations of 2023 by ITV. With a loyal user base and national recognition, Gymproluxe is on the path to becoming a household name in fitness.

The Role


As a Media Buyer, you will oversee paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others. You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation, ensuring campaigns not only drive customer acquisition, but also enhance brand visibility. Your expertise will help Gymproluxe maximise ROI and deliver outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute paid social strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Support on creative strategy, ensuring that visuals and messaging resonate with target
  • audiences.
  • Identify target audiences and analyse behaviours to tailor ad campaigns effectively.
  • Purchase advertising space on social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other emerging media channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives that drive engagement and
  • conversions.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to ensure key objectives are being met.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of
  • campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social platforms to implement new strategies.
  • Run reports on ad performance, identifying the best-performing creatives and campaigns.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools for campaign tracking and performance analysis.


Preferred Experience


  • Background in fitness, sporting goods, or e-commerce industries.
  • Experience in a high-growth start-up environment.
  • Passion for fitness and home workouts.
