Company profile: Our global client is seeking an experienced HSEQ coordinator to be located at their site in Stoke on Trent. This role will be reporting to the Quality Manager, this HSEQ Coordinator role will offer responsibility to maintain external qualifications including ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 to name a few. Working in a supportive environment this role offers excellent development opportunities.Job Description for the HSEQ role: Ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMPAbility to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections overall management systemsSupporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructionsCompleting internal audits for the management systemEnsuring the completion and closure of non-conformitiesParticipation in meetings related to the management systems and site activities including taking and reporting meeting minutesCompleting KPI trend analysisInvestigating customer complaintsCollection of site data and analysis of this data including internal reportingAbility to coordinate internal investigation and lead collaboration for problem-solvingActively supporting departmental managers to ensure customer expectations and regulatory compliance For the HSEQ role, it would be good to see candidates with the following experience:Previous experience within a manufacturing businessPrevious experience in a similar role is essentialStrong admin skillsStrong MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience with internal or lead auditor trainingPrevious experience using management systems Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region
