£35-45 per hour (experience & qualifications dependent) + outside IR35 contract + travel time + mileage + overnight accommodation & food allowance (as required) + collaborative & supportive global business environment
Long term contract roles available UK wide from Birmingham to Aberdeen (dependent on your location)
A leading global Professional Services organisation is looking to engage with an experienced Engineer Surveyor - Lifts to join their team on a long-term, ongoing contract basis
Engineer Surveyor - Lifts remit;
* Carry out high quality inspections of various passenger lifts including Escalators, Elevators, moving walkways, Goods Lifts, Stairlifts etc to ensure compliance with current regulatory and statutory requirements (BS EN81-1)
* Work across a diverse range of industries to include Nuclear, Automotive, Public Sector, Mobile Plant, Food manufacturing, Chemical manufacturing, Banking, Retail, Logistics, Emergency Services, Transport and Construction.
* Produce comprehensive and detailed inspection reports
* Liaise regularly with internal supporting departments to ensure work schedules are completed
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships and internal business relations
Engineer Surveyor - Lifts profile;
* Min NVQ3 or HNC/HND qualification in an Engineering discipline
* Min 5yrs experience installing, testing and inspecting various Passenger Lifts, Escalators, Travelators, Goods Lifts, Stairlifts etc
* Previous / current experience as an Engineer Surveyor advantageous
* Excellent working knowledge of LOLER / PUWER / H&S regs related to Passenger Lifts and above equipment
* Accurate and timely reporting experience
* Confident verbal & written communication skills
* UK driving License & use of own car
