Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payroll operations for six UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time payment.
Handle HMRC annual returns and ensure timely payments and effective benefit deductions management.
Resolve payroll queries and liaise with external parties such as HMRC and finance teams.
Manage ADP relationships and day-to-day interactions with benefits providers.
Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act 1998, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
Generate and distribute management reports on payroll and benefits.
Update and maintain payroll records and ensure strict confidentiality of data.
Job Requirements:
Proven ability in managing end-to about-end payroll processes.
Extensive knowledge of UK payroll and benefits administration, including statutory filings such as P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.
Experience in multiple payroll management and familiarity with ADP iHCM considered an asset.
Adept at maintaining precise records and meeting all legislative, HMRC, and internal audit requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan and adapt to changes in payroll and benefits legislation.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Structured yet flexible approach to work in a dynamic environment.
Capable of engaging effectively with HR teams and managing relationships with benefits vendors.
