Aberdein Considine's Lender Services team are looking for a Head of Operations to manage and oversee the Volume Recoveries team across England & Wales (E&W) and Scotland, the Repossession Conveyancing team in E&W and Scotland, Asset Management, 1 st Line Quality Assurance and Complaints. The role will involve working closing with the Senior Operations Director and the line management of the operational teams within the Lender Services Practice Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experienced in leading a large operational team(s) driving a culture of continuous improvement within a customer outcome focused business. Prior experience in Credit Management, Debt Recovery or Litigation teams is advantageous
- Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and provide guidance to the operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time to ensure service standards are being delivered
- System / workflow design and implementation
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Dedication to continuous improvement and experience in converting ideas to tangible benefits
- Strong quality focus: an understanding of quality across operational functions and demonstrate experience of successfully leading and driving change programs
