Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Environment - Old Street, London - Up to £43,000 - Monday - Friday 
 
This exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company situated in Old Street I am currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer  to look after  commercial properties in the Old Street area working within a team. 
 
You will need to be electrically qualified and have an all round understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in property / commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to attend a property and carry out all aspects of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £43,000, overtime and a great package.
 
Hours of work 
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Overtime AvailableDuties & Responsibilities:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water Treatment
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsRequirements (Essential) 
Electrically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
A proven track record in commercial building or property maintenance
Happy to cover a portfolio of high end properties
Excellent customer service skills
Highly flexible and adaptable with hours, duties and travel
Committed to/looking for a long term role
Able to work to very high standards
Basic knowledge of building regulations
A thorough understanding of Health & Safety standards
A professional approach with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
