Role Overview: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for the employment relationship, supporting Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, and Reward initiatives. You'll be instrumental in creating transparent policies, processes, and undertaking project work to enhance engagement across our clients business. This is a remote role on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations and Engagement activities, aligned with strategic and legislative requirements.
Continuously assess and enhance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational strategy and culture.
Actively participate in project work and cross-functional collaborations.
Conduct ER training sessions to enhance HR capabilities.
Support legal providers in managing tribunal claims and settlement discussions.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
CIPD qualified level 5 or working towards.
Previous experience with Tribunals / Acas Early Conciliation.
Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
