Legal Executive - Role Overview

The Legal Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal affairs within the company.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contract work, estate acquisitions, PCI compliance, and HR contracts.

Legal Executive - Key Responsibilities

Contract Work

  • Manage contracts with suppliers including banks and master acquirers.
  • Oversee contracts with merchants, including SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Handle contracts with consumers, focusing on online prepaid accounts and marketplace apps.

Estate Acquisitions

  • Facilitate the acquisition of offices and distribution centres as required by the company.

PCI Compliance Role

  • Ensure compliance with PCI/DSS standards.
  • Manage the application process to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for acquiring licenses.

HR Contracts

  • Handle HR-related legal matters, including disputes.
  • Draft and review contracts related to human resources.

Legal Executive - Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in legal affairs, particularly contract management and compliance.
  • Familiarity with PCI/DSS standards and acquiring licenses is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in natural law.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quantum Finance System.
