Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students, both individually and in small groups. Your primary focus will be nurturing a student-centered approach to learning, assisting with classroom activities, and ensuring that each student's unique requirements are addressed.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver effective classroom support, adapting to the diverse needs of students.
Cultivate an inclusive atmosphere that empowers students to reach their full potential.
This is a full-time, ongoing position, with immediate openings available.

About You:
To qualify for the Teaching Assistant role, you should:
Demonstrate the ability to build strong rapport with students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Have previous experience working with children and young individuals with SEND.
Possess excellent communication and behavior management skills.
Be willing to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
