Main Role & Responsibilities of the LEAD AV INSTALLATION ENGINEER:
The LEAD AV INSTALLATION ENGINEER will be responsible for the Quality Installation delivery for both Minor and Major Projects and Installations.
This role is based mainly in London and the South but may also include travelling to customer sites throughout the UK and Europe.
1. Installation of systems to the expected standard of the company
2. Leading projects on site which will involve overseeing the work of other Installation Engineers and Sub Contractors
3. Reporting from site to the Project Managers on project progress
4. Ensuring a safe practice is maintained at all times
5. Communicating with clients professionally at a site level
6. Planning of Installations with the Project Managers on challenging projects.
7. Site Management on large projects where required
9. Site surveys for both installations and new opportunities
10. Working closely with the Divisional Director(s), Project Managers & Site Teams to help facilitate a seamless Installation function
