Popular with both locals and those from far-and-wide visiting Edinburgh, we can host between 250 and 400 covers a night. This role perfect for those who love a thrilling, fast-paced environment… you can be plating up to 1000 dishes a night between the team of up to 5 chefs each shift

All of our Chefs are contracted to 40 hours per week guaranteed, spaced over 3 and a half days– giving you more days off to spend doing what you love. You must be available for start times from 9am and finish times up to 11pm, including weekends. We are lucky to have an open kitchen with a charcoal grill, allowing you to work within a large kitchen team with plenty opportunity to learn and grow within our organisation (and the perk of working alongside our talented Executive and Head Chefs).
