CNC Miller - Permanent PositionLocation: Finedon Road Industrial Estate WellingboroughHours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 Salary: Starting at £37,440 per annum We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Miller to join our client's growing precision engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that manufactures high-quality components for the aerospace, automotive, hydrogen, gas & oil, and food industries-and is now expanding into the F1 sector. Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to meet daily production requirements, including: Programming CNC machines both online and offline Setting and operating CNC milling machines Using specific milling software such as CADCAM Suite or Edgecam Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings Working to tight technical specifications Performing quality checks on manufactured components Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience programming CNC machines (online & offline) Ability to program, set, and operate CNC milling machines Experience within the F1 sector is highly advantageous Knowledge of HAAS and Heidenhain controls Ability to operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines Strong attention to detail Able to work independently or as part of a team Flexible and proactive attitude Benefits33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Christmas shut down Overtime opportunities Sick pay Company pension Death-in-service benefit Cycle-to-work scheme If you have the required skills and experience for this role, please apply by submitting your CV or for more information, please contact Lynne at Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
