Your new rolenYou will be responsible for the operational and day-to-day management of all functional areas of Epos. These include data management, hardware support, as well as all the activities related to analytics and reporting for Catering & Retail.nThe post-holder will provide relevant, resilient, and cost-effective support services.nYou will apply technical expertise to resolve complex problems, generate innovative ideas, drive Epos service improvements and support/ develop.nManage and maintain the internal EPOS back of house system including programming on stock, RSP, recipes & general category management.nProduce and maintain a suite of financial information for the commercial team & provide up to date and accurate commercial analysis.

What you'll need to succeednPrevious experience managing an Epos platform within the food & beverage and/or retail industry.nWorked specifically on implementing new EPOS platforms.nA proven track record of implementing new Epos related initiatives including launching new apps and creating operational processes.nKnowledge of software, data security and compliance, risk management and data management.
