What your key responsibilities will be as our new Head of IT :

  • Execute the IT strategy aligned with the organisation's business objectives set by the CTO.
  • Provide leadership and vision to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the Azure ecosystem.
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Azurebased solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Azure services to enhance organisational capabilities.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure including user, network, and server environments.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of onpremises and cloudbased infrastructure.
  • Build and lead a highperforming IT team, fostering collaboration and skill development.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures set out by the CTO to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT and data management.
Skills and experience you will have :

  • Proven experience within a similar role, possessing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT department.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing Azurebased solutions as well as under Azure Security via ME
  • Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
