Our Client is looking to hire a HRBP to provide People Management coordination and leadership, under the direction of the HR Manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their manufacturing plant.


This will be achieved by managing and coordinating the HR business processes by providing direction, guidance, policies, reports and recommendations to the Local Management teams. The role also supports the people management success.


The incumbent will provide professional support in the development of the HR Department’s direction to ensure equality, positive Employment Relations with employees and Unite the Union; innovative and effective Attraction, Retention and Engagement initiatives; robust Departmental cost control; the development of HR plans and strategy; support HR Manager in the development, consultation and implementation of HR policies and initiatives site-wide.


Qualifications


  • CIPD Level 5 Certification or Equivalent
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary HR environment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • On the job experience in unionized environment. (Preferably experienced in pay negotiations)
  • Knowledge of using HRIS (Preferably Workday.)
