* Age Range: Welcoming babies and children aged 3 months to 5 years.
* Operating Hours:Open 5 days a week, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, year-round.
* Flexible Options: Early starts and late finishes available.
* Holiday Schedule: Closed for Bank Holidays and a week during Christmas.

Your new role:
* Deliver a high standard of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.
* Deputy for the Nursery Manager.
* Supervise and appraise nursery staff as directed.
* Ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
* Develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child's development.
* Be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Nursery Manager.
Main Activities:
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment both indoors and outdoors.
* Deliver an appropriate play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
* Undertake designated officer roles as directed.
* Collaborate with other professionals in the local area.
* Implement preschool nursery policies and procedures.
* Plan activities aligned with early learning goals.
* Act as a key person for specific children.
* Maintain proper records.
* Liaise closely with parents/carers.
* Contribute to self-evaluation and improvement planning.
* Perform other reasonable duties as directed.
What you'll need to succeed
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
* Six years experience working in nursery settings
* Passion for child development and creating a positive learning environment.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
