Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of cloud-based software solutions (e.g., HRIS, ATS, WFM, Payroll).

Lead software migration projects and ensure seamless transition and integration.

Manage daily operations of cloud-based software solutions such as Dayforce, Monday.com, Blink, Access Suite etc.

Develop and implement automation workflows and application integration solutions (e.g., Make.com).

Utilize change management methodologies (Agile) to ensure smooth project transitions.

Deliver comprehensive IT solution implementation and ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Identify and manage risks associated with software implementation and migration projects.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

Apply innovative problem-solving techniques to overcome project challenges.

Conduct user training sessions and deliver training materials to ensure successful software adoption.

Perform configuration and testing of software systems to meet client requirements.

Provide system maintenance and support, including configuration and optimization.

Generate reports and conduct analytics to monitor project progress and software performance.

Maintain advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.



Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in software implementation and project delivery.

Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll products is highly desirable.

Proficiency in managing cloud-based software solutions (e.g., Monday.com, Blink, Access Suite, Dayforce).

Strong understanding of automation workflows and application integration solutions (Make.com).

Expertise in change management (Agile methodologies).

Excellent project management and delivery skills.

In-depth knowledge of IT solution implementation processes.

Strong risk management capabilities.

Effective stakeholder management skills.
