About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber/Multi-Trader to join our client's team, specializing in social housing. This role will involve carrying out reactive repairs and some void work across various properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing as their main trade, with the flexibility and skill set to handle a variety of general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
Undertake plumbing work as the primary trade, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Carry out additional multi-trade duties such as basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and other general maintenance tasks as required.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and maintain a professional attitude at all times.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumber/Multi-Trader within the social housing sector.
Ability to carry out additional trade tasks (carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, etc.).
Own van and tools are essential.
Valid UK driving license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.What We Offer:
