The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock and cost control.The Successful Senior Bar Manager will have: Prior experience as a Bar Manager within a high-quality restaurant or bar;Experience with late nights; preferred (The role will involve some late finish times);Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;What We're Looking For: World-Class Bar Experience : You have a proven track record as a Bar Manager in a high quality Bar, where you have honed your craft and developed an in-depth understanding of mixology.
