At Peopleforce Recruitment we are hiring for an Order Processor to join our client, at one of their sites in either Sittingbourne or Maidenhead. At both sites, this company largely focuses on the manufacturing of specialist foods that are fed internally to improve patient nutrition and quality of life.
You will be dealing with the review and processing of customer orders that come through via requests on their website. The work that our client does makes such a difference to people’s lives so we are really keen to speak to those who’s values match their ethos and want to help make a difference.
This would be on a full time, Mon-Fri basis at £12 per hour on an initial 6 month contract. Full training will be provided so as long as you have the basic skills required everything else can follow.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reviewing patient orders as and when they come through and processing these
* Making sure patient details and orders are kept up to date and maintained precisely
* Requesting prescriptions from GPs via email and telephone
* Ad hoc admin requests and tasks, as delegated by Team Leader
Requirements:
* GCSE level educated – will require proof of qualifications on CV
* Some experience at data entry – able to process at speed accurately
* Competent using IT and able to adapt to new systems
* Professional telephone manner
* Good level of verbal and written communication skills
* Able and comfortable working as part of a team
