Overview of the role:
Although they have a number of Workplace Strategy and Change Management positions open, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the team as the Head of Workplace Strategy heading up UK and Europe. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of workplace strategies that optimise experience and space utilisation, enhance employee engagement, and support organisational goals. As the Head of Workplace Strategy, you will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to create tailored solutions that reflect the unique needs and culture of each organisation.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive workplace strategies aligned with client objectives, industry best practices, and emerging trends in workplace design.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements, and translating them into actionable workplace solutions.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client workplaces, gathering data on space utilisation, employee workflows, and organisational dynamics.
Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry research, market trends, and technological advancements to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, project management, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of workplace projects.
Change Management: Support clients in managing organisational change associated with workplace transformations, fostering employee buy-in and adoption of new ways of working.
Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of workplace strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a subject matter expert in workplace strategy, contributing insights through thought leadership articles, presentations, and industry events.   
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, interior design, or related fields.
Proven track record of leading successful workplace strategy projects, from conception to implementation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in workplace assessment tools, space planning software, and project management platforms.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications such as LEED, WELL, or Change Management are a plus.
