Account Director

Platinum Facilities is a leading provider of hard facilities maintenance services, dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Join us as an Account Director, playing a pivotal role as a key representative of Platinum. Working closely with and reporting directly to the Business Unit Operations Director, you'll primarily focus on supporting our key client account portfolio across multiple sites, collaborating with our esteemed management team.
Use CAFM systems and asset management teams for effective maintenance in line with SLAs.
Review FMRs and support Operations Director on-site.
Collaborate with Health & Safety team to address compliance risks.
Support new sales requests and evaluate tenders.
Assist in transition management plans.
Help with ad hoc site support and troubleshooting.
Technical background in Electrical Maintenance engineering.
Level 3 Electrical qualification - Essential.
X5 years Hard Services FM Account Management experience.
Proven experience as an Account Director or Account Manager.
Exceptional client/customer facing interaction experience.
Above average 26 days of annual leave (plus all BH’s in addition).
