Duties and Responsibilities of the role:

  • Influence, control and communicate with customers on the phone, by email and social media
  • Winning the client's confidence and managing recruitment campaigns
  • Resourcing and regenerating - via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting, and social media.
  • Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
  • Working directly with management and senior consultants
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Work towards set targets, deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


About You:

  • Previous sales or business development experience
  • Or 6+ months recruitment value chain experience on a permanent or interim basis
  • Able to attain new and maintain new business through various initiatives
  • You will be able to demonstrate your ability to thoroughly learn a market and be an expert in your field
  • Excellent communication skills with proven networking ability and consultative approach with your clients and candidates
