If so, Always Flourishing are currently working in partnership with a school in Slough to recruit an KS1 or KS2 Teacher to join an experienced and supportive team in September 2024 to cover maternity.
Due to having a well established and strong primary team, the school are flexible with the year group and key stage and would be happy to receive applications from both KS1 and KS2 specialists.
Speaking to the Deputy Headteacher it was clear that a passion and commitment to the school’s progress has become a shared value within a team of experienced educators. Presenting an amazing opportunity to both those looking to continue their career or those taking the next step from classroom teaching into middle-management.
During a recent OFSTED visit, the team highlighted the following:

A coherent programme of personal, social and health education, delivered in tutor time, assemblies, and discrete lessons, has a much stronger focus on issues that pupils may encounter in the future.”
