Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage debt collection and control.
* Resolve accounts queries and oversee debt recovery.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth account management and prompt payments.
* Send out monthly client statements and manage correspondence.
* Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc financial statements as needed.
* Process and reconcile warranty remittances, intercompany accounts, and credit card transactions.
* Reconcile finance products and review stocks and settlements.
* Provide support to other accounts assistants and assist with various financial tasks.
* Collaborate on reports and analysis as required.
