Trainee Valuer and Junior Account Manager

You will be working within a small team of professional valuers and account managers. Full training will be provided and initially you’ll be expected to work in a supporting role, with growth opportunities for exceptional candidates.
Some examples of the types of clients you’ll be managing & supporting include the NHS, Private Hospital Groups, Lease Companies and Manufacturers
The company will also sponsor you through professional NAVA (National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers) qualifications and membership.
This job provides an ideal entry to the very diverse and exciting world of auctions, with terrific prospects for a successful career in the profession. The role would be an excellent pathway towards asset management, medical device sales or commercial valuation careers.
Job Role:nSome of your responsibilities will include:
Onsite cataloguing of large assets including fixed radiology and commercial assetsnData entry & sales supportnThe opportunity to work on the rostrum, clerking and conducting auctionsnWorking with buyers worldwidenBuilding relationships with NHS and private sector vendors
As your knowledge improves you will also be given the responsibility to conduct independent valuations and support our clients as a Junior Account Manager.
Key requirements:nFull driving licence requirednEuropean language would be an advantage, but not a requirementnMust be an enthusiastic, a good communicator, and have a willingness to learn and try anythingnExcellent opportunity for dynamic, ambitious candidate with good A levels or degree.
