Job Title – Salesforce Functional Consultant


We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery you are responsible for ensuring the success of Vanguards customers. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will deliver Salesforce's best ideas, innovations and capabilities to customers and match these offerings to the customers' business goals, driving greater business value and executive alignment between Salesforce and the customer. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, orchestrating our Implementation process and providing best practices in areas such as Adoption, Business Metrics and Feature Usage. The result is increased customer happiness, retention and expansion of Vanguard's footprint.


● Proven 3+ years’ experience implementing Salesforce solutions

● Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud Consultant Certified.

● Experience of working as part of a team of highly skilled Salesforce functional and

technical experts.

● Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service & Experience Cloud

● Ability to appropriately communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and

solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders via excellent presentation skills

● Consulting: The candidate must have experience working as a consultant, and be able to manage and deliver large-scale projects on-time and within budget.

● Analytical Skills: The candidate must be able to analyse complex business and technical problems, and be able to develop innovative and effective solutions.

● Communication: The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with clients, technical staff, and project managers.

● Business Process: The candidate must have a deep understanding of business processes and be able to design and implement business process improvements.

● Ability to lead & mentor other colleagues within the delivery team


YOUR TASKS INCLUDE


● As a Vanguard Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Sales & Service

Cloud projects.

● Business requirement gathering

● Producing high quality presentations and design documents.

● Leading workshops to gather requirements and define client needs.

● Delivery or support of end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

● Conducting testing on customer instances.

● Training and upskilling users on the Salesforce platform.

● Drawing architecture and flow documentation
