The school are looking to employ an experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to enhance the learning of students who have a wide range of learning needs and to support the teaching staff in enabling the students to gain independence, participate fully in the curriculum and the general life of the academy.The successful candidate will need to have 2 years of relevant and recent teaching assistant experience and be adaptable and empathetic. Also, you will need to have the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
