**Position Overview:**Our client is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating proficiency in managing a caseload independently from start to finish. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working or fully remote arrangements, accommodating the needs of the right candidate.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.- Conduct thorough title checks, draft contracts, and handle all associated legal documentation.- Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate transactions.- Provide high-quality legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.- Mentor and provide support to junior members of the conveyancing team.

**Requirements:**- Qualified Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive with significant experience in residential conveyancing.- Proven track record of managing a caseload independently and delivering excellent client service.- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.- Experience with case management systems and conveyancing software preferred.- Willingness to embrace hybrid working or fully remote arrangements.
