A wellness fragrance and skincare brand is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in their Bicester Village store.

With support from your Store Manager, you will help to oversee a variety of aspects of your store, from team management and coaching to driving sales and service.

Your key responsibilities will be to:nBe responsible for the day to day running of a standalone store and teamnDrive forward sales, KPIs and company objectivesnAssist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reportsnGive insight to support the Store Manager’s quarterly business plans and help develop training plansnAssist the Store Manager with targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, weekly/monthly reports, stock ordersnWork closely with cross functional teamsnWeekly creation of in store content for online/social platformsnCreate and drive an unforgettable customer experience in store to inspire wellbeingnLead by example and support your team with daily tasksnEnsure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheldnHelp to create an Annual Events Plan supporting monthly in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working with partnering businesses/peoplenDevelop and mentor a team with a focus on training, education, and developmentnTake responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is takennAny other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven leader to help manage our standalone store. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years managing a similar retail environment, preferably within the health and beauty industry. You’ll possess a strong desire to coach and develop your team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is a must, along with excellent communication skills.

As a team player with a can-do attitude, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining impeccable standards and working effectively across departments. The ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, is essential. A self-motivator with a keen eye for detail, you’ll bring a genuine passion for the brand and the beauty/wellness industry.
