Sales Team Leader/Account Manager - Based in Basildon (OFFICE BASED)

Clothing Consultancy who provides corporate branding to clients across the UK are actively looking for a Sales Team Leader/Account Manager to join the team. The position has dual responsibility as outlined below
Sales Management - Leading a team of 2 (sales and back office), maintaining company standards and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and to client deadlines.
Account Management - Looking after existing clients providing an excellent level of service for client retention, whilst processing sales enquiries from existing customers.
This role is not new business focussed; therefore, no cold calling is required (this is done by the field sales team). This role is purely focussed on client retention and satisfaction.
To apply for the role the following experience is required
4+ years' experience in a sales related team leader or sales manager role. Knowledge of account management is expected
Experience of the retail sector (specifically personalised clothing industry) beneficial
Knowledge of client success / customer success related roles beneficial
Be within 45 minutes of Basildon (Office Based)
Full driving license
In return the Sales Team Leader / Account Manager will be given the autonomy to run the office team, manage key accounts and as the team expands (sales and admin) do the recruitment reporting directly into the managing director.
