Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Class 2 Demonstrator Driver to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering and demonstrating Class 2 vehicles and equipment to customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive training on safe and effective operation. The successful candidate will serve as a key representative of our client's brand, providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.
As a Class 2 Demonstrator Driver, you will be responsible for not only the safe transportation of vehicles but also for conducting thorough demonstrations that highlight the key features and benefits of the equipment. You will ensure customers are fully confident and knowledgeable about the products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with a strong attention to detail, will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
This role demands a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of vehicle operations. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest industry trends and vehicle technologies, enabling you to provide the best possible guidance to clients. By consistently delivering a high standard of service, you will help reinforce our client's reputation for quality and reliability in the market.
Your responsibilities as a Class 2 Demonstrator Driver include:
* Safely deliver and collect Class 2 vehicles to and from client sites, ensuring timely and professional service.
* Conduct thorough demonstrations of vehicles and equipment, highlighting key features and safe operation practices.
* Provide clear and concise training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicles and equipment in the fleet, including new technologies and operational techniques.
* Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery and collection records, client sign-offs, and any incident reports as required.
The requirements as a Class 2 Demonstrator Driver include:
* Must hold a valid and clean Class 2 driving licence with experience in driving heavy vehicles.
* Previous experience as a demonstrator driver or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in delivering and demonstrating heavy vehicles or equipment is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, concise training and demonstrations.
* Meticulous in performing vehicle inspections, completing documentation, and ensuring all customer interactions are logged accurately.
Shift Times:
Day Shifts- start varies depending on location of delivery. 5-8am start.
PAY RATES:
12.50 per hour
Start Dates / Induction Process:
Immediate Starts, you will complete an induction on your first day. This will include training on company processes and health and safety on site.
