What's the role?

We're a proud bunch here at MRJ and love working with some of the best brands in the UK including but not limited to: Airtime Rewards, awaze, Bet365, BrightHR, EVRi, Moonpig, and N Brown to name a few.

To continue delivering with our high levels of service, we're currently searching for ambitious Resourcers to fuel our growth by filling vacancies, sourcing top talent, and building relationships with both candidates and clients.

Supporting our Directors and Consultants in the delivery of executive searches and contingency based projects. As well as taking ownership for a range of clients (after you become well and truly part of the MRJ family), you will be conducting market mapping exercises and building long lists of candidates for a variety of searches and keeping clients up to date with our results.

Day to day you will:

Source and select relevant candidates for technology related roles, using a wide range of platforms.nApproach suitable candidates and qualifying against agreed competencies (with the aim to manage entire candidate recruitment process).nMap markets and identify key people for key roles.nBuild and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.nAssist with the day to day running of the team, e.g. confirming interviews and ensuring the database is kept up to date.nAttend industry events to widen your network and knowledge.
