Join Our Team at Gattaca: Now Hiring a Lead Bid Writer

As a Lead Bid Writer, You will be responsible for managing the bid writing process, ensuring the creation of compelling and high-quality proposals that align with our clients' needs and objectives, with a focus on Engineering Services.

Working along side our Bids team and our Gattaca Projects Division you will be responsible for;nThe development and submission of bids and tenders for a range of project sizes, across a variety of STEM markets, with a focus on electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering.nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to ensure Gattaca remains competitive in tender submissions.nMeasure and report on bid success rates and implement strategies to improve win rates over time.

You will have;n* Strong experience in bid writing within an Engineering company, preferably within the STEM sectors, Or previous engineering experience before moving into the world of Bidsn* The ability to question, comprehend and articulate compelling responsesn* Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritising as necessary to meet deadlines.
