Your New Role…
Boost sales by showcasing products in a way that’s both commercial and creative, while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. Develop clear guidelines and visual standards to inspire and guide the entire team. Partner with retail managers to foster exceptional service behaviours across all retail teams.
Your Role Accountabilities…
* Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistency, excellence and foster growth opportunities.
* Maintain high visual standards across stores and commercial areas.
* Act as the go-to expert for visual merchandising, providing support and problem-solving.
* Train and develop the visual and store teams on promotional standards.
* Work closely with global VM teams and share, create and present visual concepts with internal stakeholders, source materials, and manage budgets.
* Collaborate with Retail Operation Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our merchandise.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and train the sales team on service behaviours.
* Participate in daily briefings and management meetings.
* Perform daily housekeeping and minor maintenance to uphold strict standards and ensure stock is replenished and visually merchandised according to guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience…
* Proven experience in visual merchandising and retail or sales environments.
* Strong management skills in a similar retail, tourism, leisure, or heritage industry.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to increasing sales.
* Educated to (or working towards) a minimum of ‘A’ level standard or equivalent in a design-based field.
Working Pattern…
* This role is full time (40 hours a week).
* You may be required to support the retail team at WBSTL as part of a duty management team (be part of a seven day week rota including weekends and evenings).
* Because of the adaptive nature of this role, flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter (WBSTL), an indoor attraction that invites visitors to step into the fascinating behind-the-scenes world of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. The Studio Tour offers special features to enable visitors to deepen their understanding of how the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films were made. With iconic film sets to explore, costumes and props to discover and magical experiences to delight, the indoor attraction invites visitors to enjoy scenes from the films first-hand and discover how the world's favourite book series was brought to life on screen.
The Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9¾ invites visitors to capture the magic of “pushing a trolley through the wall” at our popular photo experience. Then explore the shop, which showcases a wide range of official Harry Potter merchandise in a uniquely themed environment, all in the heart one of London’s busiest railway stations.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
